Do you ship internationally?

At this time we only ship in the US.

What are your shipping costs?

Nurture & Nourish charges a flat shipping fee of $10.00 for all shipped orders.

Can you recommend products virtually?

Yes! Please use our service link to book a virtual consultation.

How should I prepare for my first appointment?

Please arrive on time, and with a bare face.

What happens if I cancel or reschedule several appointments?

Due to Amia's limited availability, we reserve the right to terminate clients from our clinic if they reschedule or cancel 3 or more consecutive appointments. Our advice is to not book any appointment until you are absolutely positive that you will be available.

What is your cancellation/ no show policy?

Cancellations within 24 hours of service will be charged 50% of service.

No shows will be charged 50% of service and blocked from booking until charge is paid!

Do you offer refunds or exchanges on products?

No, once it leaves our clinic it cannot be returned due to sanitation reasons.  If you have a defective product or damaged product from shipping please bring it to the clinic so we may exchange it with the company. If you are virtual, please email Nurturenourishinfo@gmail.com photos or videos of the damaged merchandise.
